We Listen, Act, and Transform
I'm a psychotherapist and subject matter expert on stress, anxiety, depression, and posttraumatic stress disorder (childhood, adult, military sexual trauma, combat and non-combat military related trauma- and stressor-related disorders). I'm committed to helping clients/patients help themselves by learning and applying evidence-based strategies and skills to regain their lives. My work focuses on identifying and targeting insecure attachments, unhelpful/negative thinking and maladaptive behaviors that contribute to unhealthy stress, anxiety, depressive episodes and trauma symptoms. I believe in taking a patient-centered, collaborative approach.
I'm also interested in helping Veterans navigated the VA disability claim process through consultation, evaluation, diagnosis, and NEXUS letter.
